Employee Benefit

In OfficeBAU, employee benefits are optional, non-wage compensation provided to employees in addition to their normal wages or salaries. Generally the salary advances are not provided to temporary employees in any status.

An employee may request a salary advance once per fiscal year, equivalent to no more than the employee’s normal net pay in the current pay period. By submitting the Request for Salary Advance, the employee authorizes the Department of Human resources to deduct the amount of the advance from the employee’s next regularly processed payroll.
